Kimbrell’s Furniture is expanding its management team and is seeking candidates to join the Manager in Training Program!

While in the MIT program, participants will receive company-specific training and on-the-job experience needed to assume a position as a Kimbrell's Store Manager. As a MIT you will learn supervisory and technical skills that are in alignment with the company's philosophies and operational strategies. In this position, you will work as an apprentice under an experienced store manager and you will gain the skills and experience in; sales, staff management, merchandising, advertising, inventory and bookkeeping that will position you for advancement in your Kimbrell's career.
